I had a entry all written out, it was about how am feeling today, and quite negative. I cancelled it, on purpose. My believe is that what you put out there, positive or negative to the universe is what you get back. I do not want a negative journal entry hanging over my head, my day, my week, no way! So today I am going to be grateful, I am grateful, I am thankful that for today, this 24 hours I have what I need. A roof over my head, power, a husband, who is working, food, my family, a job to go to, & freedom. I have love in my life. And I have this because of a loving God who has protected me over my crazy self. Life is good. 'nough said.

What you said is true, but sometimes you have to get the negative out to! I think many times we forget how bad we really COULD have it. Like living in war torn countries, countries of starvation, homes of abuse, lonely and unloved. Many of us have so much to be grateful for but at times it try's to get shadowed by little things that can be generally resolved.
You have a good attitude :)

i am all about negative. Very hard to go positive when you have a husband you dont trust and who lies to you.

Now I'll have to disagree with you a little here. I too believe that you create what you fear. But there is nothing wrong with saying "hey" I had a crap-o-la day but this is what I feel bless with. Life is not always sunhine, the rain does come to.

I had a supervisor who taught me to first write what I wanted to, then rewrite until it was appropriate. It got out the crabbies, and then let me move on. It seems to work for you, too!
